CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments are limited and time cannot be recovered, I kindly ask that you respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Emergencies I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Policies may be adjusted at my discretion depending on the situation. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
